ASOY, the rapidly rising underground Cypriot producer, returns to the scene by unleashing the ‘Parousia’ E.P. on Jack Said What.

ASOY really understands the importance of maintaining drama, tension and energy in DJ sets. On this EP he brings us a fresh dose of innovative underground electronic music in the form of two instrumental DJ tools which push his production philosophy of ‘less is more’.

The Parousia E.P. (meaning ‘to be present’ or ‘prescence’ in Greek dialect) features two club tracks. First up, ‘Mind, Body & Soul’ is full of deep, driving instrumental techno, with atmospheric and hypnotic soundscapes, percussion breaks and spoken word — perfect for those peak moments at DC-10 or Berghain. Secondly, ‘Spartan Thrust’ is a rolling, melodic house instrumental with classic synth stabs and driving energy that builds and builds.

This is the second release by ASOY on Jack Said What. In the past he’s released on KMS Records, Eyetone, SecretMusic and Techfui and has had support from DJs including Laurent Garnier, Anthony Parasole and Massimiliano Pagliara.
